Learn to Nordic walk course: The course is designed to develop the basics of the Nordic walking technique, whilst improving your walking posture, movement and fitness. The cost of a course is £82 for 4 sessions over 4 weeks. Poles are provided and groups are kept small so that you get individual attention within the group. Please phone or email to book a date.
Learn to Nordic walk at Charlecote Park
Learn to Nordic walk within the stunning parkland (inspired by ‘Capability Brown’) of Charlecote Park. The parkland offers extensive walks and views across the River Avon and has been the home of a herd of fallow deer since Tudor times.
The course runs over 4 weeks and lasts an hour each week.

Who is it suitable for Nordic Walking?
Nordic Walking is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
What do I need to bring?
All you are required to bring is appropriate footwear and clothing for walking. We recommend trainers if the weather allows or walking boots. Wear whatever you feel comfortable in, we recommend loose fitting clothing. Nordic walking provides a full body workout in a fun, social environment.
Due to equipment requirements booking is required prior to the course commencing.
